What you will drive

  • Own and drive qualified pipeline creation across the US market through inbound and outbound prospecting.
  • Partner closely with VP Sales and Account Executives to ensure high-quality handovers and strong conversion into pipeline.
  • Represent IntegrityNext professionally across digital and in-person prospect interactions, including events and trade shows.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, ideally in an SDR, BDR, or similar pipeline generation role.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sequencing tools, and proven ability to engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong qualification skills, commercial judgment, and ability to structure outreach around accounts and buying committees.
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with ability to work independently in a remote setup.
