Consultant for Terminal Evaluation of WWF GEF project in Indonesia

Conduct a Terminal Evaluation of the GEF-financed Eco-system Approach to Fisheries Management project in Eastern Indonesia, assessing project performance, outcomes, sustainability, implementation, M&E, safeguards, gender and social inclusion, stakeholder engagement, knowledge management, efficiency, and co-financing materialization.

• Examine the extent, magnitude, and sustainability of project impacts to date.
• Identify concerns and best practices, and draw lessons learned for future projects.
• Produce an inception report, draft and final evaluation reports, and present initial findings to stakeholders.

This evaluation will help ensure accountability and learning for the project, contributing to improved coastal fisheries management and sustainable livelihoods in Eastern Indonesia.

• Independent evaluator or evaluation team with experience in conducting terminal evaluations of GEF-financed projects.
• Expertise in fisheries management, coastal ecosystems, and sustainable development.
• Strong skills in mixed-methods evaluation, including document review, interviews, and data analysis.
• Ability to travel to Indonesia and conduct field visits as needed.

Maximum all-inclusive budget of USD 25,000 for the assignment.
