Mission

What you will drive

Conduct a Terminal Evaluation of the GEF-financed Eco-system Approach to Fisheries Management project in Eastern Indonesia, assessing project performance, outcomes, sustainability, implementation, M&E, safeguards, gender and social inclusion, stakeholder engagement, knowledge management, efficiency, and co-financing materialization.

  • Examine the extent, magnitude, and sustainability of project impacts to date.
  • Identify concerns and best practices, and draw lessons learned for future projects.
  • Produce an inception report, draft and final evaluation reports, and present initial findings to stakeholders.
