Content & Communications Manager

As the Content & Communications Manager at SERI, you will:

• Own and execute SERI's content strategy across all channels, including campaigns, social media, and program materials.
• Write, edit, and manage content production, overseeing contracted writers and freelancers to ensure quality and consistency.
• Drive external visibility through press releases, contributed articles, and thought leadership placement.
• Manage SERI's organic social media presence, particularly LinkedIn, to build industry authority and audience confidence.

This role amplifies SERI's mission to champion sustainable electronics recycling, driving awareness and engagement that contributes to a more sustainable future for electronics globally.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, communications, or related field, with a track record of producing compelling content on complex subjects.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
• Demonstrated experience building or growing an audience through content on any platform.

Salary range: $75,000–$90,000 commensurate with experience. Benefits include generous PTO, paid holidays, QSEHRA health reimbursement, 403(b) retirement plan, disability/life insurance, phone/internet reimbursement, and professional development support. Remote work with equipment provided.
