Mission

What you will drive

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new business opportunities.
  • Research target accounts, prospects, and decision-makers; build and manage prospect lists within assigned territories.
  • Qualify prospects based on fit, interest, need, timing, and opportunity potential; set qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, follow structured outreach cadences, and collaborate with Account Executives to improve conversion rates.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfort with outbound calling, email, and proactive prospecting.
  • Competitive mindset, coachability, resilience, and strong organizational skills.
  • 0–2+ years of SDR, BDR, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred; familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools a plus.
