Sales Development Representative (SDR)

• Act as the first point of contact for new prospects, owning inbound and outbound outreach with a hunter mindset.
• Execute disciplined follow-up on Marketing Qualified Leads and drive outbound prospecting into target accounts.
• Own event pipeline execution including pre-event outreach, at-event meeting booking, and post-event follow-up.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and data hygiene in Salesforce and Salesloft.

This role accelerates the clean energy transition by enabling utilities and consumers to make smarter, data-driven energy decisions through AI-powered solutions.

• 6 months to 2 years of SDR or BDR experience in B2B SaaS or tech environment.
• Hunter mindset with strong personal accountability and execution discipline.
• Demonstrated quota attainment.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity startup environment.
