Mission
What you will drive
- Lead strategic planning and execution for the Stop AAPI Hate Coalition, ensuring alignment across programs, communications, and operations.
- Serve as principal deputy to Coalition Co-Directors, driving decision-making, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Oversee budget development, fundraising strategies, and operational systems to strengthen long-term sustainability.
- Supervise senior staff and foster a values-driven culture grounded in collaboration and accountability.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in social justice organizations, including 5+ years in senior management within a complex, multi-entity environment.
- Proven ability to lead multi-partner coalitions and scale operations in a social justice context.
- Demonstrated commitment to civil rights issues affecting AAPI communities and lived experience with these communities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, and social media platforms.
