RFQ - Instructional Designers for eLMS

• Develop self-paced eLearning courses on topics including policy, compliance, and soft skills.

• Expand the course library with content meeting organizational standards to support staff development.

This role enables Evidence Action to scale staff development, improving organizational effectiveness and ultimately enhancing the delivery of evidence-based health and development interventions to millions of people in need.

• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer developing eLearning courses.
• Proficiency with Absorb Create or other course authoring tools that export compatible formats.
• Ability to create content on diverse topics from compliance to soft skills.
