Manager, Field Advancement

• Build and drive adoption of systems, tools, and standards for field development and outreach teams.
• Develop frameworks for community partnership strategy, volunteer pipeline, and engagement models.
• Track and analyze outreach activity, define performance metrics, and provide insights to leadership.
• Design and deliver training to improve consistency and performance across chapters.

This role enables the Parkinson's Foundation to expand its reach and deepen community partnerships, ultimately improving care and advancing research for people with Parkinson's disease.

• 5+ years experience in community engagement, outreach, or nonprofit field operations.
• Strong operational experience building systems and tools; experience driving adoption across teams.
• Ability to influence without direct authority; strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; understanding of how engagement drives revenue.

Competitive salary ($65,000-$70,000) plus comprehensive benefits package.
