Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop a comprehensive life skills and mentorship implementation framework for Tiko's programs across sub-Saharan Africa.
  • Design an engaging, tailored curriculum and materials that are modular and adaptable to diverse youth groups.
  • Establish assessment and evaluation mechanisms to measure participant comprehension and program impact.
  • Build internal capacity by training Tiko staff and partners as trainers of trainers (ToTs).
