Ebola Response Roster (Various Roles)

Depending on the role category, rostered consultants may support one or more of the following areas:

• Public Health, Epidemiology and Surveillance: outbreak investigation, field epidemiology, surveillance, case finding, contact tracing, and coordination with health authorities.
• Infection Prevention, Clinical Response and Laboratory Support: IPC activities, triage, isolation, PPE protocols, lab coordination, and clinical response planning.
• Community Engagement, RCCE and Social Mobilisation: risk communication, community feedback, trust-building, and liaison with local authorities.
• WASH, Logistics and Field Operations: hygiene promotion, decontamination, supply chain management, warehousing, and field base operations.
• Protection, Safeguarding and Psychosocial Support: protection-sensitive response, referral pathways, psychosocial support, and dignified burials.

This role directly contributes to containing and mitigating the impact of Ebola outbreaks, protecting vulnerable communities, strengthening health systems, and saving lives in some of the world's most challenging humanitarian contexts.

• Relevant academic, professional or technical qualification in the applicable field.
• Previous experience in one or more roster categories (e.g., epidemiology, IPC, clinical response, surveillance, RCCE, WASH, logistics, protection).
• Experience in Ebola response, infectious disease outbreak response, public health emergency response, humanitarian response, or fragile/conflict-affected settings.
• Ability to work in high-pressure, remote, insecure or resource-limited environments; strong communication, coordination and teamwork skills.

Compensation and benefits will be determined based on the specific client contract and deployment conditions. This is a preparedness roster; no salary is specified.
