RFP for Visual Design and Publication Development Services For HPV Technical Guidelines

The design agency/consultant will:

• Design and layout 9 HPV technical guidelines and 1 summary guideline into publication-ready formats (print and digital).
• Provide light copyediting and content refinement to ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop visual assets including infographics, diagrams, icons, and a unified design system.

This role transforms complex technical guidelines into visually engaging, user-friendly publications that empower immunization program implementers and decision-makers in low-resource settings, ultimately helping to increase HPV vaccination uptake and improve girls' health outcomes.

• 7–10+ years of experience in publication design or creative communications.
• Strong publication production capability at scale with ability to run parallel design workflows.
• In-house or embedded copyediting capability (mandatory).
• High proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Figma (or equivalent).
• Proven portfolio of health, development, or technical publication design, infographics, and multi-document design systems.

This is a consultancy contract. Compensation is based on a fixed-cost proposal. No additional benefits mentioned.
