Clinical Operations Manager (Clinical Operations Development) [based in Africa]

• Manage multi-regional clinical trials of moderate complexity, overseeing CRO/vendor-related issues.
• Coordinate internal and external clinical operations activities, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines and study protocols.
• Oversee clinical site adherence to regulatory and approved protocols through monitoring and audit report review.

This role ensures the safe and ethical conduct of vaccine clinical trials in Africa, contributing to the development of vaccines that prevent infectious diseases and improve global health.

• Bachelor/Master/PhD in health science or equivalent.
• 9+ years in Clinical Operations with strong evidence of experience in clinical trials from global CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech.
• People management experience preferred.
• Fluency in both French and English required.
