Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the execution of the Society's membership strategy, including recruitment, retention, engagement, and growth initiatives.
- Oversee membership operations, database management (MemberClicks), and member services to ensure data integrity and responsive support.
- Develop and manage membership programming, special interest groups, and community engagement opportunities.
- Manage the exhibiting and sponsorship program to maximize revenue and mission-aligned visibility.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Seven or more years of progressively responsible experience leading membership programs or stakeholder-focused initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience with an Association Management System (MemberClicks strongly preferred).
- Five or more years developing and implementing membership recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Strong data analysis, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Salary range: $120,000-$130,000.
