RFP - Financial Management System Supply, Implementation Customization, Training & Suppor

As the selected vendor for NEAR's Financial Management System, you will:

• Supply and implement a cloud-based financial management system tailored to NEAR's multi-country, multi-donor operations.
• Customize the system to meet specific financial management, budgeting, donor compliance, and reporting needs.
• Provide training and ongoing technical support to ensure smooth adoption and operational efficiency.

This role strengthens NEAR's financial management and operational efficiency, enabling the organization to better serve communities in need through transparent and compliant use of donor funds.

Required qualifications for vendors:

• Demonstrated expertise in implementing financial management systems for international NGOs and complex, multi-country, multi-donor environments.
• Experience with multi-project, multi-currency, and multi-entity financial management.
• Ability to provide robust reporting and analytics, data migration, and integration with other enterprise systems.

Compensation and benefits will be negotiated as part of the RFP process. The selected vendor will enter into a contract for supply, implementation, customization, training, and support.
