Mission

What you will drive

  • Serve as the technical backbone for NEAR's Annual Member Survey, including instrument development, data collection coordination, data cleaning, and quantitative analysis.
  • Maintain NEAR's indicator framework and results tracking systems across programs and initiatives, conducting data audits and flagging gaps.
  • Provide data backbone support for donor-funded programs, including MEL framework development and donor reporting.
  • Own and maintain NEAR's MEL data systems in Asana, including dashboards and data management protocols.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Strong quantitative data analysis skills, including data cleaning, statistical summarisation, and cross-tabulation across large datasets.
  • Strong survey methodology experience with proficiency in web-based survey platforms such as SurveyMonkey.
  • Experience maintaining indicator frameworks across multiple concurrent donor-funded programmes and conducting data quality audits.
  • Ability to produce clear data visualisations and dashboards for non-technical audiences.
