Research Director

• In this role, you'll lead research priorities with the founder and oversee research quality.
• Set research priorities into projects with clear questions, methods, and milestones.
• Review proposals, study designs, and papers to ensure claims are evidence-supported and limitations reported.
• Guide fellowships and Research Affiliates, mentoring researchers in technical and interdisciplinary work.
• Coordinate publications and conference submissions, establish research ethics practices, and work with engineers to translate evaluation findings into improvements.
