Mission
What you will drive
- Design and deliver two virtual half-day interactive training workshops for Peace Program staff on gender and inclusion analysis in fragile settings and inclusive project design and planning.
- Review staff questionnaire responses to tailor training content, develop curricula and materials, facilitate sessions, and provide a post-training summary memo.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Proven expertise in gender concepts, analysis frameworks, and toolkits for international programming.
- Experience in adult learning and participatory training methods.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Prior experience in International Development/Peacebuilding/Human Rights is an asset; knowledge of fragile contexts preferred.
