Development Director

• Lead grant strategy and submissions to secure funding for initiatives.
• Develop and execute a major gifts strategy and oversee annual giving programs.
• Establish and manage corporate partnerships and coordinate donor cultivation.
• Collaborate with board and committees to expand network and support fundraising activities.

This role directly empowers women and students in need by securing funding for scholarships, microgrants, and mentorship programs, helping them access opportunities and achieve their full potential.

• Associate degree or equivalent; 3-5 years of nonprofit development experience.
• Experience with grant writing and corporate partnerships strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and development databases.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and ability to work independently and as a team player.
