Request for Founders

As a founder at Halcyon Futures, you will:

• Lead a project addressing the velocity and risks of AI, focusing on technical AI safety, alignment, critical cybersecurity, biosecurity, pandemic preparedness, AI governance, sensemaking, societal resilience, or fieldbuilding.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to advance your project's impact in one or more of these focus areas.

This role directly contributes to mitigating existential risks from AI and other emerging technologies, enhancing global resilience and safety.

Ideal candidates have:

• Experience in AI safety, cybersecurity, biosecurity, or related fields.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and ability to lead a project from concept to implementation.
• Relevant technical or policy expertise in one of the focus areas.
