Reporter - Volunteer

• Submit two articles per month (600-800 words each) on women's human rights topics.
• Conduct interviews and gather supplementary material from archives, reference libraries, and informed individuals.
• Maintain contacts with police, emergency services, local councils, community groups, and other sources for news gathering.
• Collaborate with the IWI and Proxy team to produce clear, precise content in accordance with house style guidelines.

This role amplifies feminist perspectives on current affairs, advancing gender equality and combating human rights violations against women and girls through thoughtful journalism.

• Minimum four years’ experience in research and/or reporting.
• Proven interpersonal and collaborative abilities, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent writing skills in English, with adaptability and responsiveness to editorial guidance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
