Head of Community

As Head of Community, you will:

• Design and implement systems to transform a 300,000-person global community from a seasonal volunteer program into a durable, value-driven network.
• Build community infrastructure, including progression pathways (alumna → mentor → professional → contributor), and define value for each segment.
• Activate relationships with corporate partners, industry leaders, and alumni to deliver mentorship, training, and career opportunities.
• Lead the community team and own data systems to track outcomes like skills gained, career advancement, and well-being.

This role will empower hundreds of thousands of women and girls globally by creating a supportive community that provides skills, mentorship, and career opportunities, directly advancing gender equity in technology.

We are looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in community building, ecosystem development, or network-driven organizations, with at least 2 years in a senior/leadership role.
• Proven ability to build relationships and convert them into partnerships that deliver tangible opportunities (mentorship, training, career access).
• Experience scaling a community or network with measurable long-term outcomes for members.
• Strong writing, communication, and public speaking skills; intermediate to advanced proficiency with AI tools.
