Director of Partnerships

• Identify, cultivate, and grow strategic corporate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to drive revenue and organizational growth.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective sponsors, support renewals, and ensure long-term engagement.
• Collaborate with CEO and leadership on high-level sponsor relationships and innovative partnership models.
• Coordinate sponsor activations and work cross-functionally to deliver an excellent partner experience.

This role directly supports women business leaders by expanding partnerships and resources that strengthen WPO's community, enabling more women presidents and CEOs to grow their companies and lead effectively.

• 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, sponsorships, membership growth, fundraising, or related relationship-driven roles.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and executive presence skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong initiative, follow-through, and project management abilities.
• Passion for supporting women business leaders and entrepreneurship; experience in associations, nonprofits, or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
