Director of Development

• Lead corporate and individual donor fundraising to meet annual revenue goals.
• Build and execute an implementation plan for strategic revenue targets.
• Develop and manage a fundraising team supported by AI agents.
• Collaborate with CEO and Board to engage in fundraising efforts.

This role directly enables Technovation to empower girls and women worldwide to become technology creators and entrepreneurs, fostering gender equality and economic development.

• 7+ years of fundraising, business development, or related experience with direct responsibility for closing gifts or partnerships.
• Charismatic storyteller and warm relationship builder.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Interest and ability to keep up with AI tools and agentic engineering.
