Regional Training Director-Mid-Atlantic

• Recruit and inspire Democratic women, with a focus on women from the New American Majority, to run for office in the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Execute and facilitate Emerge training programs (signature, bootcamp, step forward) and manage logistics.
• Build and manage relationships with regional volunteer advisors, partners, and stakeholders to expand programmatic offerings.
• Serve as the main point of contact for training and partnership inquiries, and support program alumnae through office hours and development of support structures.

This role directly advances women's political leadership by recruiting and training Democratic women to run for office, thereby creating a more inclusive democracy and empowering underrepresented groups.

• Minimum of 5 years relevant professional work experience, with 3 years within the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Demonstrated commitment to Democratic ideals and familiarity with federal, state, and county party politics.
• Experience working on multiple political campaigns, preferably at least one at the state level and one at the county or municipal level.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, public speaking comfort, and proficiency with Google and MS Office tools.
