Mission
What you will drive
- Recruit and inspire Democratic women, with a focus on women from the New American Majority, to run for office in the Mid-Atlantic region.
- Execute and facilitate Emerge training programs (signature, bootcamp, step forward) and manage logistics.
- Build and manage relationships with regional volunteer advisors, partners, and stakeholders to expand programmatic offerings.
- Serve as the main point of contact for training and partnership inquiries, and support program alumnae through office hours and development of support structures.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of 5 years relevant professional work experience, with 3 years within the Mid-Atlantic region.
- Demonstrated commitment to Democratic ideals and familiarity with federal, state, and county party politics.
- Experience working on multiple political campaigns, preferably at least one at the state level and one at the county or municipal level.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, public speaking comfort, and proficiency with Google and MS Office tools.
