Mission
What you will drive
- Foster a positive workplace culture, drive engagement and retention initiatives, and resolve staff concerns.
- Manage HR risks, ensure compliance with policies, audits, donor requirements, and legal frameworks.
- Oversee HR cycles, personnel administration, recruitment, and skills development across the Mashriq program.
- Provide gap coverage and replacement during absences of the Regional HR Manager and country HR Managers.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- University degree in human resources management or related field.
- Minimum 5 yearsโ experience in a similar position within INGOs, ideally in a regional program.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken); French is an added value.
- Experience in internal control, labor law, compliance, audit, and HR operations in emergency contexts.
