Grants Finance Officer

• Prepare, compile, monitor, and report on budgets for multi-regional, multi-project donor grants.
• Ensure full compliance with donor financial reporting, audit, and contractual requirements.
• Act as the go-to finance contact for regional teams, guiding them through grant compliance and resolving discrepancies.
• Support design and implementation of financial planning and reporting platforms, building dynamic dashboards for strategic insights.

This role ensures financial integrity and compliance for global peacebuilding programs, enabling the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue to effectively prevent, mitigate, and resolve armed conflict through dialogue and mediation.

• Recognised or working towards an accounting/finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA or similar).
• Experience in grant financial management, ideally in the not-for-profit sector.
• Strong skills in budgeting, financial monitoring, and donor reporting.
• Professional fluency in English; French, Arabic, or Mandarin is an asset.

Remote work from Europe, Asia or in any other HD offices. Starting date as soon as possible. Full-time position (100%).
