Mission

What you will drive

  • Prepare, compile, monitor, and report on budgets for multi-regional, multi-project donor grants.
  • Ensure full compliance with donor financial reporting, audit, and contractual requirements.
  • Act as the go-to finance contact for regional teams, guiding them through grant compliance and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support design and implementation of financial planning and reporting platforms, building dynamic dashboards for strategic insights.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Recognised or working towards an accounting/finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CPA or similar).
  • Experience in grant financial management, ideally in the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong skills in budgeting, financial monitoring, and donor reporting.
  • Professional fluency in English; French, Arabic, or Mandarin is an asset.
