Regional Head of Programs, Impact and Influencing

• Provide strategic leadership to ensure high quality programmes aligned with Plan International’s Global Strategy and regional priorities.
• Lead regional efforts on program quality, monitoring, evaluation, research and learning (MERL), and impact measurement.
• Drive the design and delivery of evidence based, scalable and gender transformative programmes across the region.
• Lead the development and implementation of regional influencing strategies and strengthen evidence based advocacy.

This role drives high quality, rights based, gender transformative programming that delivers measurable impact for children, especially girls, and strengthens Plan International’s positioning and influence across the Asia Pacific region.

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in the development or humanitarian sector, including a minimum of 4 years in senior leadership roles.
• Strong experience working in the Asia Pacific region, with deep contextual understanding.
• Proven expertise in programme quality, monitoring and evaluation, research and learning, and impact measurement.
• Deep understanding of gender equality, rights-based programming, and child safeguarding principles.
