Regional Campaign Manager, South Central

• Lead campaigns for clean energy projects in the assigned region (AR, LA, OK, TX).
• Develop campaign strategies, support partner organizations, and cultivate volunteer leadership.
• Track campaign milestones, manage budgets, and ensure grant deliverables are met.

This role directly accelerates the clean energy transition by mobilizing grassroots support for local clean energy projects, helping to reduce carbon emissions and combat climate change.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in grassroots organizing, issue advocacy, community engagement, political campaigns, or coalition management.
• Successful track record of achieving ambitious campaign outcomes; local-level experience strongly preferred.
• Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Experience working with partner organizations and volunteers; willingness to build alliances across the political spectrum.
