Onboarding Success Manager

• Own the full onboarding journey for each account from kickoff through go-live, managing implementation plans across discovery, data migration, program setup, integrations, reporting, and go-live readiness.
• Run implementations as projects—scope, plan, sequence, and risk management—while managing the program of work across all Klir modules.
• Guide customers through go-live readiness, validate builds, and ensure the team can operate Klir independently.
• Track implementation progress, flag issues, and contribute to process improvements to scale onboarding.

Your work directly supports water utilities—essential workers managing critical infrastructure—by ensuring they can effectively use Klir to deliver safe drinking water and manage wastewater for millions of people.

• Minimum 5 years of experience owning customer implementations, onboarding, or project/program management, ideally in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven ability to own a project end-to-end and drive it to completion without heavy oversight.
• Strong project and program management fundamentals—scoping, planning, sequencing, and risk management across concurrent workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills to translate between technical teams and non-technical customers.
