Recruiting Specialist, Operations

Senior recruiting specialist owning full-cycle hiring rounds and team-wide process improvements for a growing effective altruism organization.
- Run end-to-end hiring rounds: source candidates, screen applications, coordinate interviews, conduct reference checks, and manage offers.
- Lead team-wide recruiting projects, coach hiring managers and new recruiters, and identify process improvements.
- Requires recruiting experience from dedicated recruiter, people ops, hiring manager, or similar role demonstrating ability to run hiring rounds well.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills essential; comfort with shifting priorities and confidential information.
- Travel 4–5 times annually to team retreats and conferences internationally.
