Recruiter or Senior Recruiter

Own end-to-end hiring pipelines across research, engineering, and operations teams at an AI research institute.
- Scope roles with hiring managers, source candidates, screen applications, and coordinate interviews and work trials.
- Project-manage 5–10 simultaneous hiring rounds: pipelines, scheduling, and decision timelines.
- Design skills assessments and screening filters; communicate warmly and transparently with candidates at every stage.
- Requires 1–2+ years recruiting experience at small/early-stage organizations, or 3+ years for Senior Recruiter role.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and AI research landscape; strong prioritization and high agency essential.
