Role details
Support recruitment operations for nonprofits focused on AI safety and governance through sourcing, screening, and process improvement.
- Design and improve recruitment processes, templates, and assessment frameworks across multiple clients.
- Conduct candidate sourcing, screening calls, and early-stage evaluation to identify high-potential talent.
- Manage candidate communications and track hiring progress using applicant tracking systems.
- Requires 1–3 years recruitment or talent acquisition experience with end-to-end process knowledge.
- Experience recruiting for technical research roles or nonprofit mission-driven work is a plus.
