Recruiter

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of vacancies, partnering with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand hiring needs and shape effective attraction strategies.
• Direct source and proactively identify talent using market knowledge, creativity, and persistence to build quality pipelines.
• Work on a mix of straightforward and complex hiring challenges, including roles requiring discretion and strategic market engagement.
• Contribute ideas and improvements to make recruitment more effective, efficient, and candidate-focused.

• Experience recruiting across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.
• Track record of successfully hiring technical, engineering, or hard-to-find talent.
• Confidence partnering with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capability, with ability to work at pace without sacrificing quality.
