Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead efforts to support the origination and closing of real estate assets in the United States.
  • Manage a pipeline of deals across the United States and facilitate dialogue between pricing, origination, legal, and the management team.
  • Negotiate and draft documents for commercial real estate transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence activities and underwrite assets for lease terms, projected cash flow, and facility information.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 4-8 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney, including at mid to large-sized law firm.
  • Experience with solar/wind ground leases and/or wireless leases is a plus.
  • Juris Doctor and bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without visa sponsorship.
