- Identify and qualify new donor prospects by analyzing wealth, affinity, and engagement indicators.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Prior experience in prospect research within nonprofit fundraising, preferably major/principal gifts.
- Proficiency with donor research tools (e.g., iWave, RelSci, LexisNexis) and CRM (Salesforce).
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
