Product Manager

• Shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your own product area within the Low Carbon Tech team, ensuring alignment with wider portfolio goals.
• Lead product discovery, collaborating with UX and engineering to build prototypes, proof of concepts, and lean versions to test ideas.
• Break down complex projects into smaller, high-value pieces for quick engineering delivery, and manage a flexible, data-driven roadmap.
• Champion the customer journey, uncover pain points, and define success metrics to drive continuous improvement.

This role directly accelerates the renewable energy transition by scaling low carbon technologies (EV chargers, solar, batteries, heat pumps) in homes, making green living accessible and affordable for customers.

• Experience running your own dedicated product area, from discovery to launch and user adoption.
• Strong tactical mindset with agile ways of working, data fluency, and analytical skills to define metrics and understand user behavior.
• Excellent communication skills to pitch strategy, explain trade-offs, and align stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate busy stakeholder environments, build trust, and keep teams aligned.
