Mission
What you will drive
- Design and help customers implement technical solutions using the Enode API based on their engineering, product, and business needs.
- Advise customers on technical product architecture and best practices, and provide ongoing technical support including debugging and issue resolution.
- Act as a champion for new products and features, driving internal projects to improve developer experience and customer analysis.

This role accelerates the energy transition by helping energy companies integrate and optimize renewable energy devices (EVs, heat pumps, batteries) through Enode's API, enabling a more flexible and sustainable grid.
Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of experience in customer engineering, solutions sales engineering, or user-oriented software engineering.
- Experience deploying complex software in critical infrastructure environments and mapping API software to enterprise stacks (ERP, CRM).
- Experience working with enterprise customers with large IT departments and governance processes.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical issues to different audiences.
