Project Manager, Litigation (Non-technical)

• Coordinate multiple litigation projects in various stages, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and communicating deadlines and status to team members.
• Document the lifecycle of litigation projects and develop systems for tracking and managing them.
• Implement project management tools and systems, train litigation team members, and track progress against milestones.
• Maintain relationships with external stakeholders and assist in organizing public-facing events.

This role directly supports the legal team's efforts to reduce gun violence through litigation, legislative advocacy, and public education, contributing to evidence-based solutions that save lives.

• At least 1-4 years of experience in legal project management or paralegal experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Salary range: $71,000 - $77,000 annually. Benefits include employer-funded health, dental, and vision insurance; health, transit, and parking flexible spending accounts; 401k plan with 4% employer match; 25 days of PTO annually plus paid week closure for winter break; and ten annual paid federal holidays.
