Project Management Unit (PMU) Manager

• Lead and coordinate Aflatoun's Project Management Unit (PMU), overseeing project portfolio and supervising a Project Manager.
• Manage strategic corporate and government-funded projects and partnerships, acting as primary relationship focal point.
• Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and organizational standards.
• Continuously improve PMU systems, workflows, and project tracking tools.

This role enables Aflatoun to deliver social, financial, and entrepreneurship education to children and young people worldwide, empowering them to make positive change for a more equitable world.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in project management, partnership management, or programme coordination.
• Proven experience managing corporate, government, or donor-funded projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in NGO, international development, education, or social impact environment strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency required); strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Compensation range between 3000 and 3350 euros per month (full-time consultancy). Dynamic and pleasant multicultural working environment.
