What you will drive

  • Build and sustain FIRST Global's alumni network by developing CRM infrastructure, community platforms, and engagement programs.
  • Manage alumni outreach, registration, and re-engagement through grassroots efforts and cross-cultural communication.
  • Plan and execute annual virtual alumni events and connect alumni with volunteer, mentorship, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Design and administer alumni surveys, track outcomes, and produce impact reports for donors and leadership.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree required; authorized to work in the United States.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in alumni engagement, community outreach, nonprofit programming, or international programs.
  • Demonstrated experience building or managing a CRM (Salesforce strongly preferred) and survey design with basic data analysis.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
