Mission
What you will drive
- Provide professional and personal support to Teach USA teachers, including cultural adjustment, classroom management, and logistical needs.
- Conduct regular host school visits to observe, support, and coach teachers; monitor performance and retention risks.
- Build trust-based relationships with host school administrators; conduct quarterly meetings and support renewal efforts.
- Identify expansion opportunities within host schools or nearby schools; generate 15-25 warm leads per week.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree or higher in international studies, education, or related field.
- At least two years of professional experience, ideally in an educational setting.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-person school visits.
