Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide professional and personal support to Teach USA teachers, including cultural adjustment, classroom management, and logistical needs.
  • Conduct regular host school visits to observe, support, and coach teachers; monitor performance and retention risks.
  • Build trust-based relationships with host school administrators; conduct quarterly meetings and support renewal efforts.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within host schools or nearby schools; generate 15-25 warm leads per week.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in international studies, education, or related field.
  • At least two years of professional experience, ideally in an educational setting.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and strong organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-person school visits.
