Mission
What you will drive
- Establish and maintain project timelines, milestones, and accountability alignment within Antora's commercial teams to accelerate deals to final investment decision (FID).
- Build and maintain commercial contract and risk tracking tools to maintain deal team alignment and visibility for stakeholders.
- Bridge technical, language, cultural, and time zone challenges for multi-faceted international teams.
- Represent Antora to local community leaders and authorities to obtain permits for thermal energy storage projects.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3-5+ years experience in project management with at least 2 years developing wind, solar, storage, renewable hydrogen, clean data center, or other large renewable power projects.
- Demonstrated ability to indirectly lead cross-functional teams to advance energy deals to FID and contract execution.
- Proven experience in mitigating deal/project risks through escalation and managing de-risking workstreams.
- Exceptional project management abilities including establishing plans, managing stakeholders, effective communication, and influencing.

Salary range: $158,000 - $190,000 USD annually.
