Project Coordinator

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of a multi-country strategic communications programme, including maintaining timelines, workplans, and follow-up across workstreams.
• Manage operational and logistical processes such as travel, procurement, onboarding, and event logistics to support programme delivery.
• Support financial and administrative management including budget tracking, invoice collection, and donor reporting inputs.
• Contribute to learning, quality improvement, and professional growth by strengthening project coordination systems and internal knowledge sharing.

This role directly supports a programme that reduces irregular migration by providing evidence-based communications, counselling, and referrals, helping migrants make informed decisions and access alternatives to irregular migration.

• At least 4 years of professional experience in project coordination, programme operations, or implementation support, preferably in migration, strategic communications, international development, humanitarian, or social impact sectors.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-country projects and working with field teams, consultants, or external stakeholders across different time zones.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines; proficiency in digital collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Wrike).
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages (Arabic, Turkish, Bengali, Dari/Pashto, Urdu) are an advantage.

Fee: EUR 2,492 gross monthly (contractor basis). Initial 6-month full-time contract with possibility of extension. Fully remote with preference for Europe and MENA time zones.
