Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and maintain tools, guidance, and methodologies for rapid and multi-sectoral humanitarian needs assessments.
- Support Country Offices to design and implement high-quality assessments, ensuring gender, child protection, disability inclusion, and age considerations are central.
- Deliver training to build organizational capacity and represent Plan International in inter-agency coordination forums.
- Translate assessment data into compelling insights for fundraising, advocacy, and influencing.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Extensive experience leading or supporting humanitarian needs assessments across diverse emergency contexts, including rapid-onset crises.
- Strong expertise in gender analysis and integrating protection and inclusion into assessments.
- Experience developing and delivering training, and using digital tools for data collection and analysis.
- Familiarity with donor expectations and humanitarian standards (Sphere, CHS, CPMS, INEE).
