Mission

What you will drive

This consultancy will produce a publication-ready NRC Partnership Practice Compendium documenting effective, promising, and adaptable partnership practices from selected countries. The consultant will:

  • Identify and document 1-2 partnership practices per selected country, describing what was done, why it was effective, and under what conditions.
  • Analyze resources, enabling factors, risks, limitations, and contextual considerations for each practice.
  • Ensure the compendium is adaptable and replicable across other NRC operational contexts.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Proven experience in documenting and analyzing partnership practices, preferably in humanitarian or development contexts.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills to produce a publication-ready document.
  • Familiarity with NRC or similar organizations' partnership approaches is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
