Partnership Practice Compendium

This consultancy will produce a publication-ready NRC Partnership Practice Compendium documenting effective, promising, and adaptable partnership practices from selected countries. The consultant will:

• Identify and document 1-2 partnership practices per selected country, describing what was done, why it was effective, and under what conditions.
• Analyze resources, enabling factors, risks, limitations, and contextual considerations for each practice.
• Ensure the compendium is adaptable and replicable across other NRC operational contexts.

This role contributes to improving NRC's partnership effectiveness by capturing and disseminating best practices, enabling better collaboration and more impactful humanitarian responses across contexts.

Required qualifications and experience:

• Proven experience in documenting and analyzing partnership practices, preferably in humanitarian or development contexts.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills to produce a publication-ready document.
• Familiarity with NRC or similar organizations' partnership approaches is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Compensation and terms are to be negotiated as part of the consultancy contract. Specific benefits are not detailed in the posting.
