Role details
Design and deliver cohort-based fellowships and careers programmes that form the core talent pipeline for effective animal advocacy.
- Own end-to-end programme design and delivery: manage participant selection, deliver content, and support alumni through career transitions and early organisational stages.
- Manage the Programme Coordinator and coordinate with local partners, EAA group leads, and external capacity builders to support participants.
- Feed programme learnings back into design for subsequent cohorts; work closely with Director of Strategy, Research & MEL on strategic direction.
- Requires experience designing and delivering cohort-based programmes (fellowships, accelerators, or training) and demonstrated management capability.
- Strong interest in effective animal advocacy and African contexts; ability to travel roughly two weeks per year.
