Senior Project Manager, Client Relations

Manage client relationships and coordinate complex service delivery across wealth management, tax, legal, and life services for a multifamily office serving AI-wealth philanthropists.
- Own end-to-end client coordination: onboarding, financial planning, trust and estate work, and ad-hoc services across internal and external specialist teams.
- Build and maintain client management systems, SOPs, and documentation as the single source of truth for all project progress and deliverables.
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication, sound escalation judgment, and ability to manage many complex, open threads simultaneously.
- Preferred: background in wealth management, family office, or relationship-driven service environment with experience coordinating external professionals.
- Proactive operator who builds trust quickly, optimizes processes, and is deeply motivated by Sparrow House's philanthropic mission and client impact.
