Interim Global Senior Events Manager

Interim senior events consultant to lead donor engagement and fundraising events across UK and US markets during organizational transition.
- Lead planning and delivery of high-value donor events, receptions, webinars, and immersive experiences for cultivation and stewardship.
- Maintain momentum across global donor events programme; provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders and coordinate across markets and time zones.
- Manage budgets, suppliers, venues, speakers, and on-the-day delivery to professional standard; track outcomes and document plans for permanent successor.
- Requires 5+ years leading donor, philanthropy, or supporter engagement events in fundraising or mission-led environments.
- Requires CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office, and virtual event platform experience.
