Programme Director

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a high-profile Terminals and Campus Programme, ensuring capacity and capability growth while meeting regulatory and customer obligations.
• Take ownership of the programme budget, monitor key milestones and performance indicators, and ensure accurate reporting and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the aviation community, partners, and internal functions to drive delivery excellence and maintain strong relationships.
• Champion a strong safety culture and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies and reduce costs.

This role directly supports the growth and efficiency of critical airport infrastructure, enhancing passenger experience and operational capacity while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

• Proven experience as a Programme Director or senior programme management role, ideally within large-scale infrastructure or aviation projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Expertise in budget management, risk mitigation, and governance processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering outcomes within agreed baselines.
