Programme Director

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a high-profile, strategically critical Terminals and Campus Programme within the Contracting Entity’s Infrastructure Department.
• Coordinate with delivery teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure programme objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Own the programme budget, monitor key milestones and performance indicators, and ensure compliance with governance processes.

This role directly supports capacity and capability growth at a major airport, improving passenger experience and operational efficiency while meeting regulatory obligations.

• Proven experience as a Programme Director or senior programme manager delivering large-scale infrastructure or aviation projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to foster relationships and drive performance across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Expertise in budget management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement within a regulated environment.
